A water and solvent free silane-based compound for priming and/or sealing residual moisture in the substrate. For reinforcing weak subfloor surfaces up to a certain level. Mediun drying time 4-6 hours. The coverage would be as a DPM (2 coats): 16sqm and as a primer (1 coat): 32-53sqm
